Payment

When signing up for one of our clubs or camps full payment should be made upon registration. Sport For All Coaching expects all payments to be made before the session you’re registering your child/ren for starts.

We accept payment via BACS transfer, cheque or cash.

Late Payment

We understand that at times making payments can be difficult. If you are unable to make payment before the start of your booked session we would encourage you to discuss an alternate payment method with us. If a payment remains unpaid one month after registration and an alternative payment method hasn’t been discussed, your child/ren will be unable to return to the club until payment has been made or if it is a camp booking your child/ren will not be able to book on again until the original payment has been paid.

Cancellations

Sport For All Coaching asks for 7 days cancellation before the start of any booked session. If 7 day’s notice is given a full refund or credit note will be offered.

Unfortunately refunds will not be offered if Sport For All Coaching receive less than 7 day’s notice. If the cancellation is due to ill health then a credit note will be offered subject to confirmation of the illness (e.g. doctor’s note).

Adverse Weather:

In the instance of bad weather where the staff deem it unsafe to remain outside or pitches are waterlogged, staff will have no option but to cancel or finish the session early, unless there is an indoor facility available. If this unfortunate event happens no refunds will be possible. We will always try to reschedule any cancelled sessions.

School Closures:

Sport For All Coaching cannot be held responsible for any After School Clubs or Holiday Camps being cancelled due to unforeseen school closures, in the unfortunate event of this happening we will be unable to offer refunds or credit notes.

Late/Uncollected Children

If a parent/carer is up to 10-minutes late to collect their child, our staff will always remain with them and remind the parent/carer it is there responsibility to inform us that they will be delayed. No late fee will be charged.

If a parent/carer is over 10-minutes late then a Sport For All Coaching member of staff will aim to make contact with the parent/carer using both contact numbers provided at the time of registration for the session.

If a parent is over 30-minutes late and Sport For All Coaching cannot make contact with a parent/carer, then the Lead Coach will contact the Social Care team for advice on the next steps. The child will remain in the care of Sport For All Coaching’s staff at the location of the session until the child/ren is collected by their parent/carer or placed into the care of the Social Care team.

Late Fees:

There is a late fee charge of £5 for every 10 minutes that a parent/carer is late to pick up their child/ren.

Injuries

All Sport For All Coaching sessions will have at least one first aid trained coach on site at all times. First aid kits are kept with the Head Coach at any session and all kits are checked and restocked at regular intervals throughout the term.

In the unfortunate event of an injury or accident occurring, then the lead first aider will administer first aid and an accident form will be completed with the following details:

• Date & Time of accident or injury

• Child Name

• Type of injury

• Where and when the injury/accident happened

• First Aid given

• Name and signature of first aider and parent/carer

• Witness (if needed)

All accident forms will be signed by the Lead Coach and then signed by the parent/carer who collects the child. The signed form will be kept safe and confidential by Sport For All Coaching.
